Harcourts Wine Coast did a very professional job with my property. There were quite a few things to attend to such as installing blinds, gas meter and utilities connections and raising with the council. They handled the advertisement and rental contracts as well. Casey from Harcourts was brilliant in handling all this. They handle two of my rental properties and I would recommend them highly.

We appointed Casey to manage our newly built investment property in Christie's Beach, she sourced a tenant very quickly, at above weekly rent for the time. We found her very knowledgeable with the legislation regarding tenancies,communication was always very good,at all times of the day and night,she was on top of things at all times.The few maintenance things we needed doing were dealt with quickly, and cost effective, with a minimum of fuss.
