Chris Cotton has been nothing short of fantastic in the sale of my Grandmother’s Unit after her passing. Chris initially had dealings with my Grandmother before her death and subsequently with myself as the Executor of the estate. We encountered some Legal problems along the way which prevented the sale for some time but Chris’s empathy to the situation was first class. Once I was granted probate the sale of the Unit and Chris’s communication around the process has been Exceptional. His knowledge of the market in the Southern Vales is second to none.
