Chris and his team worked extremely hard to hard to promote, negotiate and sell our unique block of land. A hard job when you don’t have open house viewing as a tool but have to rely on contacts and walk ups. Communication and initial valuation were spot on and they approached the task with our interests in a secure sale at the forefront. Highly recommended
