Shelley is the ideal agent if you are looking for a real estate professional who can simultaneously be friendly in communication tone and terrifically professional in cutting straight to the important details. My experience of Shelley was that she did not oversell or use hype or set unrealistic expectations. She presented data that created a confidence that Shelley would follow through on commitments.
