Michaels knowledge of our property was not only professional but also exceptionally insightful. He comes with a refreshingly no push take your time attitude, which actually gave both Deb and myself the confidence to walk through our new found property in the manner in which all perspective buyers should feel enabled to do so. After our first of many walkthroughs on the day Michael casually approached and asked if there were any questions about the property he could help us with but still no push. After answering the questions put forward he once again removed himself with a simple please take your time. So after another look through the property we approached Michael about putting forward an offer, in all honesty Michael gave us the instruction needed and an offer was submitted. The constant feedback and contact with Michael has made the process a pleasure. We have nothing but respect for the way Michael has made himself available to us.
