Michael sold our elderly mother’s home two days after the first open home. Unfortunately this contract did not progress to finalisation due to finance. Michael however pulled another rabbit out of his hat and a second contract was quickly entered into and this one is now unconditional. Michael worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to make sure our elderly mother’s home sold as quickly as possible to enable her to buy her way into a lovely room in an aged care home.
