Josh handled the sale of my property in a very professional manner. He assisted with ideas regarding preparation for sale and after the sale he helped to ensure the handover went without any hitch. I was very impressed with the advertising campaign which presented the house comprehensively and realistically. Josh regularly kept me informed about internet enquiries and inspections. When offers were submitted soon after the property came onto the market, Josh was able to negotiate a higher price to my satisfaction.
