We saw a house with about 6 hrs left before closing of offers. It was quite stressful with only a short time to inspect the property, before deciding on getting an offer in. We rang the agent, Jesse, who was extremely busy as the office had covid and were very short staffed. Jesse did his utmost to help us get to the property, that afternoon. Not only did he strive to help us that afternoon, he also pushed out appointments the next day, to organize paperwork as we were leaving the area. Jesse showed patience and empathy to us, as we needed everything to happen in about 2 days. Jesse stayed in contact with us and was polite and could answer our questions, as needed.
