Struggling with the death of a spouse is difficult enough, but having to deal with sale of rural property from another country could have been a nightmare. However, Josh and his team took care of all the marketing details, and kept me abreast of market trends and traffic on a weekly basis. I am so grateful that our attorney recommended Josh Schaeche and his team at Harrison Agents.

This is our second experience working with Josh and he did not disappoint. From the first meeting, Josh got what we were aiming for in our campaign. The team did an amazing job of marketing our property and generated great interest straight away. Josh was always available to talk and kept us updated regularly. He also gave us solid advice the whole way through the process. He's a great negotiator and all round agent. I would definitely recommend working with Josh and the team at Harrisons.

Jarrah has extensive knowledge of Launceston and all the surrounding areas from Greens Beach to George Town. He is a very passionate and knowledgeable agent and always has his clients back. My property was the furthest from Launceston and he didn’t hesitate once to go up there and show people through. Jarrah was always prompt and on time. I highly recommend Jarrah as your selling agent - he has got what it takes to sell a property - just look at his sales and reviews and the bonus is he’s really nice 😊

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jarrah! His enthusiasm, market knowledge, professionalism, communication and availability were the best I have experienced in over 20 years of buying and selling properties in Tasmania. I would not hesitate to recommend Jarrah, not only did he find a buyer incredibly quickly, he also managed to secure a cash contract with a short settlement which suited me perfectly. Thank you Jarrah, you're a legend!

I’ve now worked with Josh on five properties, and he continues to exceed my expectations every time. He recently sold 1/825 West Tamar Highway, Legana, getting it under contract within a week. Josh’s level of diligence, his attention to detail, and his ability to achieve outstanding results make him the only agent I would ever trust with my properties. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows the market and consistently delivers excellent results, Josh is your go-to person."

Michael and Siofra recently sold our home in Legana. We have had nothing but a positive experience with them and their team. They made selling easy and were very accommodating to our family and supported what worked best for us during the sale. Their expectations and requirements for open homes always fitted in around the needs of our family and their level of communication was fantastic. Were were notified or all and any interest in our property and they were always honest with their belief around buyers and their interest in the property. Not only did Michael and Siofra sell our house they have also gone above and beyond to find us a suitable rental property during our transition of selling and building our new home. We thanks them both for their dedication and professionalism throughout the sale of our home.
