Josh conducted himself with integrity, nothing was to much for Josh, often liasing with myself out of hours. Very upstanding, was on time for every meeting, viewing, and returned my calls or texts every time even when in meetings he would let me know and always follow up. I feel that Josh sets his targets and reaches the highest he can with honesty and respect, I feel he is empathic and this brings his professionalism out in his job, which has to cover many areas, people and personality's and of course one of the most stressful things we do in our life purchase and move home. I would definitely instruct josh again in the future should I need a real estate agent. (THANK YOU)
