We’ve had an ongoing relationship with Hart Estate agents for well over 20 years, where they have acted as managing agents for us. Most recently, they managed a property for us in Rose Bay for over 5 years, which we sold in late 2025. Alex was the obvious choice to act as the agent for the sale. Not only did he have an excellent relationship with the existing tenants, his local knowledge is fantastic. Throughout the process, Alex kept us informed, was always available and fully transparent. I have been working with Alex for well over a decade. Initially he managed a property we were renting out and then more recently in selling - Alex has incredible knowledge of the market but always with the opportunity for the vendor to provide their view and discuss. Together with this is an honest not always seen in the industry combined with being extremely effective and getting the outcome desired

Alex and his team achieved a great sale result for our terrace house in Redfern at a time when the market was declining. From the beginning of the process Alex was an excellent communicator - friendly, transparent and direct. He understood our approach and was never pushy.
