Friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the rental process.

We had a really positive experience with Zoe throughout the rental process. From the first inspection, she was friendly, approachable, and happy to answer all of our questions. She took the time to chat with us about what we were looking for and was able to provide clear information about the property, including things like parking, the letterbox location, and the lease terms. Communication was great from start to finish. Zoe called to let us know our application had been successful and kept in touch throughout the paperwork and move-in process. She was always quick to respond to emails and made it clear that we could reach out if we had any questions or needed help with anything. What stood out most was how easy she was to deal with. She was professional, organised, and genuinely helpful, which made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel straightforward and smooth.
