Our experience with Lucas and his team was terrific. In difficult circumstances, a deceased estate, Lucas made the process fairly painless. He understood the market, gave excellent advice and achieved a great result for us! He always got back to us and was happy to talk through issues, even late at night.

Lucas is a very efficient, personable agent. My unit was sold at an excellent price after 4 open times and negotiated with specific terms to meet my requirements. Lucas also assisted with advice and contacts to carry out pre sale maintenance, and prepared me fully with regards to the sale process. He was also helpful with general advice regarding my next home purchase. I found Lucas to be honest and very hard working.

During the very fast and successful sale We found Lucas straightforward accurate and casual. His advice from the valuation right through to the signed contract ( which was done in under 1 week) was spot on and delivered without fuss. We sold for a great price in a week so we are very Happy

Lucas quite obviously had great knowledge of Miranda, and, as we were looking to buy close to our current home, he was able to let us know of any properties that would suit our purpose.

Lucas and his team at Harwood Property Agents provide a top quality service when selling your property. Lucas has his finger on the pulse of the local market and knows just what current pricing and sales trends are and how they relate to your property. He sold my house in double quick time and for a great price. Lucas and all his team conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times and are always happy to assist with any enquiries. Lucas answered my calls at all hours or got back to me ASAP. His team helped me rent back my property from the new owners to allow me time to organize my move and this was a tremendous assistance that saved me immeasurable trouble. Harwood Property Agents is a absolutely first class business I would highly recommend to all.

Good guy and a great real estate agent and got the job done when others didn’t

Lucas was amazing. He went above and beyond as an agent. Which included rental assistance, difficult tenants, property management and constant communication. He never gave up and worked so hard to get me exactly the price for my property I wanted. Couldn't recommend Lucas any higher!

We bought a house from Lucas about two years ago, which we developed into a duplex and now Lucas has sold it for us. What a great experience we had with Harwood Property agents on all counts - as a buyer, as a landlord and as a vendor. Each dealing we had with Lucas and his team, they showed their professionalism, communication skills, great ethics and honesty. The marketing campaign they ran for the sale of our property at 7A Edward Avenue, Miranda over 6 weeks was outstanding. We were kept up to date with weekly updates of the open houses and any enquiries that came through. Lucas and Georgia were quick to answer any of our questions and always had time for us, understanding the stresses of selling a home. We had over 50 inspections of the property and Auction day was amazing with so much interest, loved the coffee van and the friendly barista! Our property sold on auction day with a great result!! the highest selling property in Miranda to date. We would highly recommend Harwood Property Agents to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a home. Great effort, Thank you Lucas and staff for a job well done. Jamil & Claude Bourizk

I would highly recommend Lucas and Georgia and the rest of his team if you want to sell your property. The whole process was handled with confidence, efficiency and integrity (integrity being my most important quality when looking for a real estate agent). The friendly demeanor in their office and the regular updates made the experience of selling a home less stressful for me. I feel Harwood Property Agents does it differently - you really feel like a friend to them and conversations run like you have known them for years. Its not just business when they call you - they ask about your week, if you were away they remember to ask about your holiday - it is this simple thing of making a connection, making you feel like part of their family and remembering things from week to week - that sets them apart, they are incredibly genuine. I highly recommend them and if the need arose to sell property in the future, I would be going straight back to Lucas at Harwood Property Agents.
