Like most people, I'd been searching for properties for some time before I purchased mine. That usually meant spending endless saturdays traipsing from open house to open house often dealing with arrogant, cocky real estate agents who were rarely trustworthy or credible. Then I met Lucas while reviewing a neighboring property. He definitely stood out as being down to earth and honest - rare qualities in agents these days. He was organized, when I requested a contract on the initial property he sent it electronically before I left the open house, he kept in touch at every step and when I was unable to bid on the first property and asked him to let me know if anything similar came up, I was pleased that within a few weeks he called with the news that the property I ultimately purchased - had came onto the market. It had been more than 10 years since I purchased my old property and I was definitely out of practice, so I was relieved to find someone who was helpful, honest and a genuinely nice guy to help me.
