Lucas and Georgia from Harwood Properties are 2 of the nicest people you could meet. We found them to be very easy to talk to. They are totally professional, plugged in and switched on. Their continual feedback is great and you just know that you've got the right team, the best team. Their IT coverage is just so impressive and they also have at their fingertips access to experienced professionals in photography, styling, auctioneering etc. whose contributions help to make a successful sale. It's natural to ask all the questions that come up. "Are we dong the right thing etc" - believe us, they tell it as it is. Peter and Louise Gannon

I needed the right agent to help me sell my Fathers property. When first meeting with Lucas he didn't tell me how good he was, he asked me if I needed help with preparing the property for sale and suggested ways he could assist to make the process easier for me. He also suggested what we needed to do to achieve the results my Father needed. He and Georgia helped us through the whole process and made it easy. Nothing was too much trouble. He gave us guidance and feedback through the entire process. We are extremely happy with the sales time and price achieved. Highly recommended.

We chose Lucas to sell our family home as we had a great experience when we purchased a property from him a few years ago. We knew that we were in safe hands, based on his extensive knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry especially within the Sutherland Shire. He ensured that we were well informed throughout the process by phoning us on a daily basis and keeping us up to date on how the open houses went and the comments from prospective buyers. I never had to call Lucas for feedback, as he was always on top of everything that was happening with the sale, which made us feel calm and at ease. Lucas’ and Georgia’s commitment, dedication and enthusiasm equipped them for the fantastic result they got us when the hammer was slammed down on auction day. We would recommend Harwood Property Agents to anyone selling their property in the Sutherland Shire. Many thanks Marilyn and Paul McConnell  6 Partridge Avenue Miranda

We approached Lucas to sell our townhouse based on our friends and families recommendation of their prior experience with selling and purchasing their properties from him. This was our first time selling a home and we were unsure of the sequence of events involved and how the process would unfold. When Lucas first appraised our home we felt as though there was no need to worry about anything due to his extensive sales history, professionalism and approachable nature. He kept us well informed of the step by step process and if we had any questions, Lucas was always available and willing to assist. Lucas’ attitude, expertise, personable nature and negotiation skills lead to us receiving a fantastic result on auction day!!! Thank you for making our experience pleasurable and we have no hesitation in recommending Harwood Property Agents to anyone who is selling in the Sutherland Shire. Lucas worked extremely hard on my property. I had tenants who had left the property in a terrible state and Lucas made sure it was professionally cleaned and looked great for each open house! He made the sale of my property seem so easy and I would happily recommend him to anyone selling!

Lucas was always a pleasure to deal with, from our initial phone call enquiring about his services, to the completion of the sale. He was always very patient with us, especially as it took us longer to prepare the property for sale than we initially hoped. He kept us in the loop with weekly phone calls before the property went on the market, and then sent us daily texts and emails to keep us informed as the sale progressed. We also appreciated his weekly market updates, to inform us of sales in the area. He was also very accommodating towards our tenants and their needs and thought of everything to show our unit in its best light, from suggesting styling the apartment, to delivering hot cross buns for Easter, and even a candle for the open house! Georgia was also highly professional and we loved her written description of the apartment. She was also lovely towards our tenants and went out of her way to make sure they weren't inconvenienced in any way throughout the process. Lucas and Georgia even went out of their way to help our tenants find another rental property. We would recommend Lucas to anyone we speak to who is looking to sell their property in the Sutherland Shire. It was smooth sailing with him! He made the selling process easy and stress free!
