Lucas sold our property in June this year and we have nothing but positive things to say about him and his team. He is friendly, personable and has a great understanding of property. He clearly has a passion for this industry and is positive in his dealings with owners and purchasers. We would definitely use Lucas in the future.

After having my unit on the market for 4 weeks with another agent and no solid offers, I decided to change agents. Within 9 days of being on the market with Lucas a very good offer came through and was accepted. Lucas and his team were great to work with, keeping me updated every step of the way and instilling alot more confidence than I had previously. I was extremely happy with the all round service provided and would definitely recommend him!!

We are so stoked we partnered with Harwood Property Agents. A professional team with kind and charismatic people! Having dealt with other agencies as both vendor and purchaser, I can truthfully say that Lucas and Georgia, with their sympathetic and thorough approach will go above and beyond to deliver the best outcome for all involved. This boutique firm is blowing away the competitors by simply having a team that's willing to do the hard yakka, is honest, offers customised services, provides local expertise and says it like it is! Couldn't have asked for a better agency, brand, team or result! Really grateful we met and could not recommend you enough! Keep on doing what you're doing - your ethos and results speak for themselves!

I wish we got to know Lucas a little longer but as it worked out, the shortness of relationship worked to our advantage. Lucas managed to sell our place that was once passed in at auction, within 8 hours. Not impressed yet? Just give him a try. He knows his clients. He knows his market. Trust him. We did and it worked for us. Thanks Lucas and Georgia!

Like most people, I'd been searching for properties for some time before I purchased mine. That usually meant spending endless saturdays traipsing from open house to open house often dealing with arrogant, cocky real estate agents who were rarely trustworthy or credible. Then I met Lucas while reviewing a neighboring property. He definitely stood out as being down to earth and honest - rare qualities in agents these days. He was organized, when I requested a contract on the initial property he sent it electronically before I left the open house, he kept in touch at every step and when I was unable to bid on the first property and asked him to let me know if anything similar came up, I was pleased that within a few weeks he called with the news that the property I ultimately purchased - had came onto the market. It had been more than 10 years since I purchased my old property and I was definitely out of practice, so I was relieved to find someone who was helpful, honest and a genuinely nice guy to help me. I was so impressed , Lucas now looks after the lease on my investment property . A real breath of fresh air!!! Thanks again!!

LUCAS sold me my apartment in MIRANDA about 3 years ago and since the he has become more than an agent to me, more like a friend I guess. He became my letting agent and looked after the letting of my unit with consumate ease, always finding the best tenant when needed. Recently Lucas gave me advice on the value of my unit and subsequent sale. I couldn't speak more highly of LUCAS as an agent and would recommend him to any buyers or investors alike.. John Malone

Advice given regarding price and presentation were spot on. The whole process of selling was so simple with Lucas and Georgia. They take the stress out of a potentially stressful situation. I would definitely recommend Harwood Property to anyone selling in the area.
