Lucas was always a pleasure to deal with, from our initial phone call enquiring about his services, to the completion of the sale. He was always very patient with us, especially as it took us longer to prepare the property for sale than we initially hoped. He kept us in the loop with weekly phone calls before the property went on the market, and then sent us daily texts and emails to keep us informed as the sale progressed. We also appreciated his weekly market updates, to inform us of sales in the area. He was also very accommodating towards our tenants and their needs and thought of everything to show our unit in its best light, from suggesting styling the apartment, to delivering hot cross buns for Easter, and even a candle for the open house! Georgia was also highly professional and we loved her written description of the apartment. She was also lovely towards our tenants and went out of her way to make sure they weren't inconvenienced in any way throughout the process. Lucas and Georgia even went out of their way to help our tenants find another rental property. We would recommend Lucas to anyone we speak to who is looking to sell their property in the Sutherland Shire. It was smooth sailing with him! He made the selling process easy and stress free!

With the Southern Sydney unit market going from hero to zero in a few short weeks late 2015, the chances of selling our 2 bedroom unit in Sans Souci seemed slim. Properties within close proximity are still up for sale after several months but not ours! Lucas ensured we had a steady stream of interested parties through even though the market had turned sour. He found us a buyer that started off very low but skillfully brought them up to our selling price, even when their own solicitor was against them purchasing the property! Lucas also managed our marketing campaign in a way that maximised exposure of our property but kept the costs down to a very reasonable level.
