I first spoke to Charles months prior to actually placing the house up for sale. My wife and I then met with Charles at the property where we came to a selling agreement. At no stage of the process did we feel pushed or pressured. We were kept up to date at all times with potential buyers and Charles was more than happy to answer any questions through the whole process.
