I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Karen Purcell whilst buying a property in Newcomb for one of my investor clients. Karen was always responsive, flexible and accommodating whether it was in response to questions, scheduling inspections, requesting documentation, etc. She presented the home very well for her clients and it was clear she loved the product and respected its value for her clients. Karen has made the process of selling a house easy and exciting! She is amazingly efficient and has an extensive knowledge of both the market and the process. Karen was always available and answered any questions (no matter how silly) that we had. Karen managed to sell our house for above the market average and went above and beyond to get us the best price. Karen showed us true passion and dedication when selling our land. We had a price range on our block of land, there were 3 interested parties in purchasing the land. Karen negotiated between the 3 parties for 2 days until she was down to $500 increases in the bidding. Finally due to Karen's determination we reached the very top of our price range. The top bid was reached on a Sunday night at 8pm, Karen then went back to her office that night prepared contracts on our land, so the sale could be secured. All contracts were signed by 10pm that night. Karen is an amazing agent, that I would definitely do business with again.

From a chance meeting with Karen at a house i was painting which she was appraising i immediately found her warm and trustworthy. Through the process of selling our property she was incredible. Her communication and people skills are wonderful and she really did go above and beyond for us particularly when our initial buyers finance fell through. She worked hard to ensure we got the same amount with no longer settlement which we are extremely grateful for.
