The only person who was going to sell. My house was Michelle. Hayswinckle managed my property as a rental for years and Michelle was always awesome to deal with for valuations etc throughout the journey. We met to discuss a sales plan and everything I had in mind for what I wanted was exactly what she suggested. The auction result was more than I had hoped for by 40k and without her he’d work and knowledge I don’t believe this would have been achievable.
