The only person who was going to sell. My house was Michelle. Hayswinckle managed my property as a rental for years and Michelle was always awesome to deal with for valuations etc throughout the journey. We met to discuss a sales plan and everything I had in mind for what I wanted was exactly what she suggested. The auction result was more than I had hoped for by 40k and without her he’d work and knowledge I don’t believe this would have been achievable.

This sale was of an investment property which had been managed for me by Haysewinckle Real Estate for several years. I thought it would probably be easier to use the same agency once I had decided to sell and, as Haysewickle had been excellent property managers I saw no reason to go elsewhere. That was a really good decision. Michelle inspected the property quickly and it was evident that she had a thorough knowledge of the market. Together we set a realistic price and Michelle did the rest. Michelle developed the marketing strategy, communicated with me after each open, advised the level of interest and kept me up to speed. Once offers were in we discussed them and the rest just fell into place. The property realised more than I had anticipated. Thanks Michelle (and Team).

We chose Michelle to sell our mother's house not only because of her great reputation, but also because of her longstanding association with the local area. Her performance was beyond our expectations. She was always professional, consistent and clear with us. Most importantly, she was sympathetic to our very real distress in selling the family home and both listened and acted on our wishes. The sale came at the worst time with the property market just starting to turn and we very much valued the advice Michelle provided in those difficult circumstances. We highly recommend her services.

Michelle was brilliant in every way. Respectful, communicative, prompt and easy to deal with. She listened to me, remembered what I said and did what she said that she would do, often going over and above my expectations. Michelle made what was always going to be a stressful experience as pleasant as it possibly could have been.

As a family we interviewed other Agents. We selected Michelle, due to her excellent knowlege of our area including schooling the location of shops nearby walking or driving and many other aspects. Michelle spent a lot of out of hours time sourcing and by our requirements selecting prospective buyers. Michelle promised she would be able to sell our home within a certain time frame. We were amazed Michelle sold the home a lot quicker than we expected allowing for the slow market at the between end of 2018 and beginning of 2019. Michelle kept us informed all the time of the progress. Never once let us down. We did not have to follow her up, unless we had questions to ask. Michelle always replied promptly. Michelle is a friendly, approachable person with excellent knowledge. We would recommend Michelle to anyone looking to sell or buy a home above any other Agent. Lynne formerly of Geelong

Rachael Taylor was exceptional selling my two properties. I was going through a separation where the communication had broken down completely between both parties, but the houses had to be sold. Enter Hayeswinckle and Rachael Taylor, I would recommend this wonderful woman to anyone person wanting to buy or sell their property or properties. Rachael took over all communication between the parties, displaying the highest of executive communication daily, with updates of progress with vendors. Rachael Taylor got the two sales done with integrity, kindness and an most of all an agreed outcome for both parties. Rachael explains what is taking place along the way, so you are not in any doubt of what your sale price is going to be. This was just one of the things I valued most about Rachael's work ethic, I always knew what the sale price was going to be around. I highly recommended Rachael Taylor my experience was amazing in a time that appeared hopeless until she turned up. Thank you Racheal and Hayeswinckle.
