This sale was of an investment property which had been managed for me by Haysewinckle Real Estate for several years. As a family we interviewed other Agents. We selected Michelle, due to her excellent knowlege of our area including schooling the location of shops nearby walking or driving and many other aspects. Michelle spent a lot of out of hours time sourcing and by our requirements selecting prospective buyers. Michelle promised she would be able to sell our home within a certain time frame. We were amazed Michelle sold the home a lot quicker than we expected allowing for the slow market at the between end of 2018 and beginning of 2019.
