Our experience with Hayeswinckle has been a very positive one. Michelle was at all times approachable and listened to our needs and concerns. She provided us with open and honest answers to our questions and the level of communication throughout the campaign was excellent. We felt comfortable taking her advice and putting our trust in her. We were very pleased with the result she achieved at auction. We would have no hesitation in using her services again or recommending her to others.

Michelle was easy to deal with and very enthusiastic to sell our home. Knowing the area and price we wanted to achieve was going to be a bit difficult she was honest and advised us it was not going to be an overnight sale but she was still very keen to get it on the market. He friendly and approachable personality kept us at ease knowing if we had any issues/questions she was more then happy to take the time to answer and go above and beyond for us. Her communication was great, she was always first to call us rather then us chasing her with questions. We couldn't recommend anyone better to deal with. Thank you again Michelle

Michelle was fantastic throughout the sale process. I highly recommend her services if you are looking to sell your property. Thank you so much for selling my home so quickly (twice), and at an amazing price! Michelle is extremely professional and gives you honest feedback in relation to the housing market. Everything was organised so quickly. The house was advertised that first weekend, my home was opened Saturday and Sunday, and by next week contracts were signed and the under offer sticker was on the board. However, after the sale fell through you were able to reassure us that there will be another buyer out there and you worked extremely hard to sell our property again. My wife and I appreciate everything that you have done for us and if we are selling another property we will definitely be going with you again. Thankyou, I will definitely tell all my friends and family how happy I am and how hard you worked to make everything work for us. Josh and Beck

It is my great pleasure to congratulate and sincerely thank Michelle Winkle on the sale of my home. When ready to market my home, I didn't hesitate to contact HayesWinkle. Michelle had sold a unit for me before, in the extreme infancy of her real estate career. I am astounded at how hard she has worked, to be where she stands now, at the absolute pinnacle of her career! How this exceptional lady with her beautiful family have achieved this is such a credit to her. Together with Peter Norman, they achieved a remarkable result in such a short period of time. Not only one buyer signed at the 1st. house open, but a 2nd in the wings when the 1st was denied finance. All kept under wraps until they had the desired result for me. Well done Michelle and Peter, I don't hesitate to recommend you to anybody buying or selling.
