For my wife and I, it was really a no brainer when it came to choosing an agent with the sale of our home. Michelle was magnificent and gave us the confidence we were looking for. Michelle's strong knowledge of the market mixed with her professional approach and excellent negotiation skills ensured we were able to achieve the price we were looking for. Thank you so much Michelle and team!

Our house took longer than expected to sell but Michelle never lost her enthusiasm or confidence even when I became frustrated and a little despondent. At one point I was put under pressure to change agents but because I was so happy with all the effort Michelle had put in, I did not even consider that option and stuck with her till the sale. I would gladly recommend Michelle as an agent, and would happily use her services again. Thank you so much Michelle, you shone with all the pressure I put on you. Barb

When we decided to sell my mother's house I asked for proposals from 3 different agents. Michelle's proposal was the only one of the 3 that suggested an auction. I was not a big fan of the auction process. I thought it cost more and what if no one turned up on the day or no bids were taken. However Michelle's proposal was the most comprehensive of the 3 and she went on to explain very clearly why the auction process was the best for this property. Anyway the results speak for themselves ($105,000 above reserve!) Michelle and her company are consummate professionals and I am very happy that we let them do their job and we followed their advice. Thanks Michelle.

Knowledgeable, honest, professional and friendly are words that come to mind to describe Michelle. Right from the start I felt Michelle and Alexia would put my needs first and not those of a prospective purchaser and I was right. They understood my situation and never once tried to talk me down or make me feel like they knew what was best for me. I always received feedback after each open house and they let me know how things were progressing on a regular basis. I couldn't be happier with the result after only 3 weeks which was definitely due to their hard work and dedication. Well done, ladies and thank you. 😃🍾👍

Michelle was spot on when asked to come through our property, it was almost completed but still needed a lot of finishing touches, she could see past all that and imagine what the finished product would be like and was great with pricing. Michelle is easy to communicate with always contactable no matter what time. Would highly recommend Michelle to anybody looking for an agent.
