Our house took longer than expected to sell but Michelle never lost her enthusiasm or confidence even when I became frustrated and a little despondent. When we decided to sell my mother's house I asked for proposals from 3 different agents. Michelle's proposal was the only one of the 3 that suggested an auction. I was not a big fan of the auction process. I thought it cost more and what if no one turned up on the day or no bids were taken. However Michelle's proposal was the most comprehensive of the 3 and she went on to explain very clearly why the auction process was the best for this property. Anyway the results speak for themselves ($105,000 above reserve!) Michelle and her company are consummate professionals and I am very happy that we let them do their job and we followed their advice. Right from the start I felt Michelle and Alexia would put my needs first and not those of a prospective purchaser and I was right. We were buyers (i.e. not Michelle's vendor), she was really easy to deal with throughout the whole process. The negotiating was done very professionally and she worked hard for both parties. We also had fantastic "after sales" service. Once we had settled and moved into the property, we had a few issues and Michelle did everything she could (including making us feel better!) Michelle is unique in that she offers brilliant sales and negotiation skills along with an empathetic and caring attitude.
