We had Michelle and Anthony sell our home in Highton and we couldn't fault their service. Their market knowledge was quite accurate. Their opinions were honest and the end result exceeded our expectations. We felt comfortable and were kept in the loop through the entire process. Would most definitely recommend as an agent.

Michelle has been great to deal with. We have listed quite a few properties with her over the past few months and communication/availability and customer service have been outstanding. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for an agent to sell. Armstrong Creek is a difficult area to sell and we are beyond happy with her work selling this property.

Michelle's enthusiasm for her work is endless, and gave us the confidence in her to sell our home.

I love Michelle, I ha ave known her personally for a long time. She has sold our last two homes, one 7 years ago and now this one, Michelle had just started in Real Estate 7 years ago, and her love of her job is amazing. We would happily recommend Michelle to anyone, she is one hell of a real estate agent!!!

From the moment we made the decision to use Michelle as our agent we couldn't have been happier. Fast and accurate communication, outstanding customer service, and a great price for our property - Michelle achieved results beyond our expectations.

We were buyers (i.e. not Michelle's vendor), she was really easy to deal with throughout the whole process. The negotiating was done very professionally and she worked hard for both parties. We also had fantastic "after sales" service. Once we had settled and moved into the property, we had a few issues and Michelle did everything she could (including making us feel better!) Michelle is unique in that she offers brilliant sales and negotiation skills along with an empathetic and caring attitude.

Going to the market I was unsure of what to believe as my home had been on the market 12 months earlier with another agent. When I rang Hayeswinckle Michelle came out and was down to earth approachable and listened to what I was looking for. I decided to give Michelle a chance. Sure enough she accomadated my difficult hours for inspections and as I am a shift worker was reliable to ring me after hours and not bother me during the day. It only took 4 weeks for Michelle to bring me an offer almost 100k more than the agents wanted me to accept 12 months earlier with another agency and it was exactly what she had promised she would aim for. Michelle has helped me move on with my dream to travel. If you want someone you can really trust and who will give you honest feedback and help you achieve the best result Michelle is the agent to use. Thank you again.

Recommended to me by a person well versed in real estate Michelle came with a pedigree of over performing and exceeding expectations. In every aspect Michelle and her staff delivered everything they said they would and more. As both a manager and an agent communication was always prompt, efficient, easy and professional. When away she ensured that others were in place and fully briefed to look after all of my needs. Michelle runs an outstanding team and leads by example. I recommend her without hesitation.

Our experience with Michelle and her team was nothing short of amazing. Coincidentally, our neighbors listed their house on the market several weeks before us as did several other houses in the immediate vicinity, creating many concerns around what price we could attract and how quickly the house might sell. Based on the sound expert advice and the genuineness of Michelle, we took an early offer within just over a month... wow so glad we listened, and so glad Michelle cared so much - We sold 2 and 3 months ahead of the others, and to the end walked away with more cash in our pockets than the others. Thanks so much Michelle and the team at Hayeswinckle! Highly recommended!!
