Martin was friendly with very good communication skills and was able to provide answers to all of our questions and if not he followed up immediately and contacted us with a response. He also handled the actual auction very well. Only negative comment was his estimate of the likely sale price which was very low compared to the final price. However, our research indicated that our bid which was a little higher than we wanted but reflects the real value of a quality property in Pudney Street, Farrer and we are happy with our purchase of number 19.

Although the price achieved was not as high as either I or Brett had hoped I believe that Brett and his team worked hard to achieve an acceptable result for me.
