I dealt with Brett's team, mainly with Emily and Martin whom were looking after my property. Initial meeting was with Martin from Peter Blackshaw, very good insights and knowledge of the suburb and listing backed up by historical sales and figures. Martin followed through with the inspections and checked in every week. Extremely happy with the communication and price that we managed in the end. Highly recommend. Well done!

Martin was friendly with very good communication skills and was able to provide answers to all of our questions and if not he followed up immediately and contacted us with a response. He also handled the actual auction very well. Only negative comment was his estimate of the likely sale price which was very low compared to the final price. However, our research indicated that our bid which was a little higher than we wanted but reflects the real value of a quality property in Pudney Street, Farrer and we are happy with our purchase of number 19.
