The Hazelden team always treated me as their priority and did the little things that matter when selling whilst also maintaining an honest approach with the current status of the real estate market. Returning calls, emails and updating me with upmost urgency instilling that care, trust and respect we all look for in an agency. At no time was there any doubt in my mind that I made the right choice knowing I would get the best price and friendly service possible given the current housing market. Wanting a very quick settlement they handled all my wants and needs as a client extremely well, ensuring the right legal measures and contract issues were dealt with accordingly. One thing to also note is their value and importance given to the buyers of my property. Maintaining the same approach to the parties involved in the purchase of the property offering the same friendliness and respect deserved. This also became apparent when buying by contacting other agents and engaging in the support needed to purchase a new property. Their administration was also outstanding by always providing detailed market updates on the house median and contributing market factors whilst selling and looking for a new property in my price range in my ideal location. Tamara was a breath of fresh air from the moment we first met her, we loved that she’s a long term local herself with her finger on the pulse of real estate in the hinterland. The process of buying through her was flawlessly smooth, and we were informed in every step of the journey. No question was too silly, no job too difficult.
