We found Madi and her partner Simon to be very honest and genuine people. Madi and Simon did a fantastic job of selling my apartment. It was staged, photographed (brilliantly) and advertised online in a matter of days, and the first open inspection was organised in record time. I got a very quick sale with a cash buyer and I couldn't be happier with the whole selling process. Even a last minute building and pest issue didn't faze the Heart and Sold team, who organised a tradesman at short notice to provide an independent opinion, and the sale proceeded as planned. The all inclusive fixed fee provided excellent value and there were no hidden or unexpected costs. If you're thinking of selling anywhere on the Coast I can highly recommend Heart and Sold.
