Heart and Sold were extremely efficient and helpful fro our initial contact. They had professionals attend my property to style and photograph it , even providing soft furnishings to highlight the unit. They went to great lengths to showcase my unit online and conducted Open House to encourage buyers to view the property. A private inspection they arranged lead to a sale within 48 hrs. I was pleased to buy my current home from Madi Willis, after some challenging and protracted contracting issues with the sale of my previous home (with a different agent, by the way). Madi's was the one property that I really had my hopes pinned on. Throughout this period Madi remained attentive, understanding, professional and positive at all times, promptly responding to any queries that I or my conveyancer had. Even on the settlement day, there were again some delays with the final settlement time, and as we waited with a loaded truck of furniture and the moving crew in the driveway, for the green light to begin moving in, Madi stayed on site with us and worked through contingency plans. Thankfully the PEXA settlement stars aligned and we began to move in. I am very appreciative of Madi's professionalism as well as compassion.
