I had signed an agreement to sell my property through another agency but after 3-4 weeks of no action and only after my persistence did the advert go live but I was so disappointed at the quality of the photos. That’s when I found Heart & Sold Real Estate. I explained the situation and they told me what my options were. They told me the steps I would have to take to get the property relisted, with better photos, and how to handle the previous agent. They walked with me every step of the way. Their marketing was far superior and of a higher standard. They offered so much more than all the other agents I had spoken to. The new photos and for sale board were really impressive and when the tenants started to make open homes a little difficult, they arranged work-arounds and managed to keep everyone happy. Nothing was too difficult. They went above and beyond my expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering selling their property. I know, I’ll certainly use Heart & Sold to sell my other property. Best of all, I paid less commission than I was going to, and I knew upfront what the fee would be. We were very impressed with Madi and Simon from the time we first met them when they visited the property for the appraisal right up until we handed over the keys prior to settlement. From the beginning they listened our ideas and put forward their own suggestions based on their experience selling in the area. We never felt like we were being pushed to do things their way, we always felt part of the process. We were amazed by the enthusiasm shown by Madi and Simon through the weekly open houses and the prompt, detailed feedback we received after each one. Because of the market downturn the sale did take longer than expected however both Madi and Simon treated each open house as if it was the first. Their continuing upbeat approach and determination to achieve the best possible outcome kept us positive and confident throughout the sale. This was our first time selling a house so I am very thankful to have had a really seamless experience and have felt very supported and guided by both Madi and Simon throughout the whole process. I particularly loved that the styling price was included and the overall price was fixed so you know what to expect coming into the sale of your home, it is one less thing to stress about during a busy time.
