Tony has been amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with when purchasing our new home in Bibra Lake, he knows the area well and was very informative. He kept us upto date and nothing was too much trouble, particularly as we were interstate. Thanks Tony

We recently purchased our first house with the help of Tony. He was not only very friendly and supportive throughout the process but also very helpful and timely in all aspects.

This is the second time I’ve entrusted Tony to sell my house. Once again he provided an exceptional and personal service. His knowledge of the industry is excellent, combined with a non-pushy and honest approach. He makes every client feel special, taking his time to ensure he is acting in the client’s best interest. To top it off, he is always good for laugh. If I need to sell again, guarentee I will be calling Tony first.

The service we received from Tony right from our first meeting has been EXCELLENT. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and the result we achieved was above expectation. Given the opportunity we would certainly use Tony again, and would have no hesitation in recommending him to family or friends. Thank you Tony.

Tony was professional and knowledgeable, while being warm and genuine throughout the entire process. Noticed he was very patient with everyone who came through the home open, happily answering everyone's questions before and after our own. Never too busy for silly questions during settlement, put us at ease and allowed us to enjoy the process. Very happy with the experience, and would happily recommend others and return myself.

Pleasure to deal with, Tony's knowledge of the area and the local market was exceptional, he was very professional. Tony's succinct approach to the sale was perfect, when buying property its what I want to see, what is it?, where is it? and how much is it?, no guessing, no wondering with best offer or set date sale. Buyers were real buyers, they seen the property and the price on the internet and then they visit the property. I initially had Tony do an appraisal some 4 months earlier, we had a good conversation around the property, the market and what should and should not be done etc, his advice was sound, when we put the property to the market the home opens were well attended and the property was under offer within the week and progressed to a successful settlement. The only way you could go wrong with Tony would be to not use him. If you want a successful sale I highly recommend using Tony and Heart
