Great and friendly communicator

Tony was very friendly and helpful - no question was ever too silly. We got Tony in to appraise our home and he ended up being the agent for our dream home just around the corner. We then dealt with Tony as a seller and buyer and he was great with both processes. Great communication, friendly and helpful and a very smooth process. We would recommend Tony to everyone.

Efficient, effective, and professional

Tony sold our property easily, while several other similar properties in the area have failed to sell at similar asking prices. Tony provided realistic advice and expectations around the sale of our property, and had an excellent network of other professionals to assist with sale of our house (staging agent, electricians etc). Based on our experience, Tony's reputation in sales in the area helped bring in genuine buyers, creating interest in our property and ensuring offers were received at or above the listing price.

Excellent comunicator

I have known Tony for a while had a few appraisals over the years , i had Tony sell my house in bibra-lake. I chose Tony as he has the knowlege and experience of bibra-lake the communication was easy ,marketing was done promply and the house was sold reletively quick. I would recommend Tony when it involves real estate.
