Beautifully presented, expertly handled from listing to settlement

Tony was a pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase. He was responsive, accommodating around scheduling, and clearly knows the Bibra Lake market well. The property was presented beautifully at inspection, with thoughtful staging and strong marketing that genuinely showcased the home’s potential. What stood out beyond that was his honesty paired with professionalism: he represented the property’s value confidently, handled inspections and negotiations with a firm but reasonable hand, and kept things moving through what turned out to be a fairly complex settlement. Communication was consistent from first viewing to final handover.
