Tim and his team were successful in selling our apartment even in a challenging market and also after other unsuccessful attempts with other agents. From the first meeting Tim took a genuine interest in the apartment, where he explored not only the apartment but all the other aspects of the building to ensure he had a complete understanding of the property.
