They communicated with us at every stage of the journey – from creating gorgeous glossy brochures, to putting up the stylish and well-lit boards; from feeding back after each inspection; to providing extensive reports on who engaged with the campaign. Wendy was pivotal in keeping us in the loop, and liaising with buyers very successfully. She is an area specialist, which was a bonus. Leading up to auction we had a clear idea of interest in the home, and about the strategy on the day: this helped alleviate auction day nerves. She worked tirelessly to the end. Wendy provided regular and well scripted briefs both verbal and written to ensure that we were across all of the issues with the sale. Wendy was always sensitive to our needs, without being condescending, and this was very important to us. When matters were coming to a head, Wendy was able to establish competition with potential buyers, and then very skilfully draw out the negotiations to achieve the best outcome for us. It played a big part in helping us weather the storm of selling our home in a very difficult depressed market that was strongly biased in favour the buyers. Tim listened to, and responded to our concerns and adjusted the campaign when necessary to ensure our needs continued to be addressed. We were very happy with the outcome, given these challenging circumstances. Our price expectations set at the start of the campaign, were not achieved, in the final analysis, due to the prevailing market conditions.
