Tim and Sabrina, ably supported by Olivia and her team, proved fantastic support services to my Sister and I in our endeavor to sell our departed parent's home for the highest value possible. Olivia was incredible in lining up painters, cleaners and stylists in a timely manner to prepare the house for inspections and the auction. Our Mum would have been proud of the modern and crisp outcome achieved. Sabrina and Tim gathered information from the open for inspections disclosing a tough market for sellers, particularly for an out of fashion home on a large block. With few bidders at the auction the home was passed in towards the lower end of the range advertised. Post auction Tim's fantastic negotiation skills post auction convinced the purchaser to meet our sale price expectation in the middle of the advertised sale range when we felt this would not be possible. My Sister and I are extremely grateful to Tim and the Heavyside team for outcome achieved. Our thanks all round.

Wendy has so much energy and she is such a pleasure to work with.
