Tim and Daniel were great to deal with. They were accommodating of a private inspection of the property for us when we couldn’t make the scheduled ones. Having just bought a property at a HEAVYSIDE auction, I could see that Tim worked hard for the vendor during the campaign. He was friendly and approachable during OFIs, and answered questions honestly. Tim pointed out the property’s many positives, which made it an attractive option for the buyer (me) to think about. He also negotiated a settlement date prior to the auction that worked for both the vendor and myself.
