Susie worked with us over six weeks earlier this year to successfully market and sell our house. We had a choice of agents but Susie stood out as she brings a matter of fact approach with in depth local market knowledge combined with straight talk that’s really appreciated as a vendor wanting to sell. At our first meeting Susie was extremely organised and planned, she came with paperwork, campaign details and options, calendar with clear timeline for opens and proposed auction date as well as the Marshall group fee structure to support our house sale. The level of preparation gave immediate confidence as did our regular phone, email and face to face meetings. Susie has a great personality and is always positive. This really shone through when just days into the campaign, market conditions changed as a result of international conflict, disruption to oil supply with escalating fuel and living costs. Despite these challenges and an interest rate increase, Susie was level, pragmatic and strategic in her approach, leaning into her in depth knowledge of the upper north shore market, assessing weekly trends at auction, listening to our needs and matching these with what prospective buyers were looking for in their dream home. We had to course correct and pivot more than once over the six week period and Susie’s experience was critical at each of these moments. Insights garnered from previous successful sales matched with incredible intuition were key elements that successfully navigated our route to a positive outcome. Quite apart from Susie’s experience, knowledge and expertise, is her approachable style, friendly manner and can do attitude - nothing was ever too much trouble. Susie is warm, professional, engaging and always optimistic and I’m grateful to have had her on our team. Thanks so much Susie for your help and for the positive result achieved!!
