Auction was not our preferred method of selling but after listening to Helen’s argument for it we decided to take her advice. We were not disappointed, we had large numbers go through our first open, (as a result of the beautiful photos), and an offer after the first weekend. She worked tirelessly to get a contract that worked for us and the buyer, so decided to cancel the auction as a result.
