We live in Brisbane and sold our house in Townsville through Michelle. We were absent through the entire process and relied on her for everything. Michelle organised inspections, trade quoted for work to be done. She gave us real advice regarding what was hampering the sale and therefore was worth fixing and what was not. Michelle deconflicted with our neighbours to carry out fence repairs and honestly just went above and beyond to ensure not only the sale of the property but that we got the best price we could. Communication with Michelle was never an issue and she made herself available for whenever we needed to talk. 7 days a week (I don't think she takes days off). You won't be disappointed with Michelle Adams as your real estate agent. I definitely recommend her.

We have had the pleasant experience of having Michelle Adams from Helen Munro Property assist us in selling our home in Kalynda Chase, Townsville. The house was initially leased out and managed by Helen Munro Properties, and right from when we made the decision to sell, we were guided as to the timing and steps to take to get maximum return with minimum fuss. As the property was rented out for over 10 years, it needed to be brought up to scratch, and as we were out of towners, Michele assisted us in what was required, and then helped us to get the trades organised and scheduled, keeping us fully informed and allowing us as much input as possible. She even organised the lawns to be mowed while the house was on the market to keep it spic and span, something which we were unable to do due to distance. Michelle’s eye to detail and ability to be available to discuss all angles with us, was exceptional. I cannot fault Michelle as a Vendor Agent, she certainly knows her job and the local area. Thank you Michelle for all your help in the sale of our property and the personal touches. It did save us having to make a trip to Townsville to sort this out, thus saving us unnecessary cost. We feel we have formed a trusting friendship with Michelle. I would thoroughly recommend putting the sale of your property in the safe hands of Michelle Adams and the team at Helen Munro Property. I would also recommend Helen Munro Property in the managing of your Investment property also.
