We have had the pleasant experience of having Michelle Adams from Helen Munro Property assist us in selling our home in Kalynda Chase, Townsville. The house was initially leased out and managed by Helen Munro Properties, and right from when we made the decision to sell, we were guided as to the timing and steps to take to get maximum return with minimum fuss. As the property was rented out for over 10 years, it needed to be brought up to scratch, and as we were out of towners, Michele assisted us in what was required, and then helped us to get the trades organised and scheduled, keeping us fully informed and allowing us as much input as possible. She even organised the lawns to be mowed while the house was on the market to keep it spic and span, something which we were unable to do due to distance. Michelle’s eye to detail and ability to be available to discuss all angles with us, was exceptional. I cannot fault Michelle as a Vendor Agent, she certainly knows her job and the local area.
