I can only rate Margaret with the highest of professionalism, when selling properties. She was helpful throughout the whole process, giving me tips and leading me in the right direction. From the initial inquiry until settlement, we felt informed and supported by Margaret. Having previously had universally negative experiences with sales agents, we were are incredibly thankful to have trusted Margaret with the sale of our beautiful home. The valuation appraisal at the start was well considered, researched and evidenced. When discussing our marketing strategy and timing to list, it was again well considered and based upon our needs. Margaret even visited the tenants and negotiated with us on their behalf to extend the tenancy agreement to a date that fell after their exams, something that we, and i am sure the tenants were great full for. Throughout the campaign Margaret was highly proactive in engaging with potential buyers, keeping us informed and monitoring the market so we could adjust our strategy based on the market. Post contract, Margaret once again remained engaged throughout to ensure an easy and timely settlement. Overall, we found her to be proactive, thorough, knowledgeable, transparent and ethical in all her dealings with us. I would have zero reservations recommending her to anyone and would happily entrust her with the sale of our home again.
