I have had three investment properties managed since 2015 by Tracy's property management team and have found them all to be amazing in every aspect of maintaining my properties, through to their support and prompt follow-ups with both correspondence and inspections. I am not local so receiving my regular inspection reports including photographs allows me to make appropriate decisions promptly.
