Being very far away from my property that was being listed, I had to leave a lot of the things I wanted to be done , up to Margaret, to prepare my house for sale. She totally stepped up and within a very short time my property was looking fantastic and listed on the internet! Our experience with Margret was fantastic, we live interstate and were selling our investment property in a very challenging market. Although we have never met Margaret in person as we live interstate she was always easy to communicate with and always provided quick positive advice on the best selling strategy's. I can't really comment on Margaret's market knowledge on account of my lack of market knowledge and therefore being unable to compare it but I can say that I absolutely trusted her and the information she provided to me. She often gave me updates on how similar properties were faring with their sales. She knew that selling my house was a traumatic experience for me and was sensitive to my situation. She was always pleasant and professional and she did well considering I couldn't afford much marketing. I was very impressed that my house sold so quickly, given the current market. I will be recommending her to friends when they are ready to sell their houses.
