Michelle came to Heritage Realty in early 2018 with five years’ previous experience in the real estate industry managing a full portfolio. Her time within the industry has shown her provide great customer service to her clients and help them through the process of Property Management successfully. Understanding her client’s needs and requirements she excels at providing them with exceptional service and care. With an updated knowledge of the real estate industry and an understanding of the Perth Property Market, Michelle is a perfect choice as managing agent for your investment property. Michelle prides herself on attention to detail and communication with owners and tenants alike. Michelle is also one of our most experienced staff members holding a title of Senior Property Manger within the office Her knowledge of the industry is exceptional and you will find her to be very supportive, looking after all aspects of your investment property as if it was her own.

Organise and professional

Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.
