Exceeded all expectations
We sold our first house through Justin and we were so unsure about what to expect, particularly during the covid-19 pandemic. But Justin made everything so easy and gave us an amazing result above asking price after only 5 days. Excellent service ready at any time to market my property helped with advice on what to do to best present the property and help with services to fix any problems. My wife so loved the video she sent it straight away to her sister and friends in China telling them how good it was! Created great interest by the marketing campaign that we had three written offers to choose from . Could not be more happy with the result.

Success was the only option!!
How to challenge a real estate agent: Ask them to sell Off market, during a global pandemic, for a fair and reasonable price and to sell ASAP. Justin rose to every challenge we set him in a friendly and professional way keeping us informed of every part of the process. In terms of market knowledge he was spot on! He knew what was fair pricing, he knew the market sales and he knew the other agents in the area who were selling similar properties. Every part of the process was so expertly informed, we couldn't have asked for a better outcome. One thing that really stood out is how much Justin genuinely cared. He cared for us and our situation as a seller, he cared for the process and making sure no one (including existing tenants) were put out through it all and he cared for the eventual buyer, their situation and knowing what to be flexible on and what advice to give. This all came down to taking the time to get to know us. Justin knew the decsions we would make before we did, simply because he took the time to understand our situation, personalities and what we were trying to achieve. I have had nothing but positive experiences selling property through Madeline Hicks Real Estate. I have no hesitation recommending Justin to anyone who wants it done right!

when i first saw 34 Tilson Street i really thought i could not afford to live in such a lovely place
such a lovely place to live at Chelsea Heights. I could not ask for more. huge bathroom AMAZING Ducted air conditioning new stove. Very C lean to move into. Cannot praise the neighbours enough came ,greeted me on the first day i had arrived. Even invited me to Afternoon Tea to meet a long term neighbour. I have lived in a few different Complexes in my time but really nothing like being at Tilson Street,Everton Park. Thank you also Justin for your endless attention in the early days before settlement.
