It was certainly all about the Butterfly which initially attracted us to Madeleine Hicks Real Estate, and then we met Justin. From the outset, we were impressed. He is professional, up front and works hard for his clients and family business. In our view, this is everything you need in an agent. There is no denying that the process of selling your home is stressful, but Justin seemed to make the process easier. His knowledge of the local property market and his networks are exceptional and we felt supported every step of the way. After just one open home and multiple offers the same day, we were under contract.
