I recently sold a property through the locally renowned Eastern Suburbs Agents, located in Potts Point. Jane Schuman and Sam Schuman, this dynamic well known mother and son team had previously sold one of the better-known apartments in Potts Point on behalf of my family. Their professionalism and communication with me were just as prioritized with my investment property as they were with our larger family apartment. While size may matter in the scheme of things, Team Schuman applies the same principles to selling ,regardless of the property’s size. In a time of high interest rates and some economic uncertainty about the future, it’s a relief to have agents who are aware of the macroeconomic factors but also an understanding of the local area whether you are an investor or looking for somewhere to call home or like me selling a property needing advice and handling the sale itself and adept at handling issues and questions from prospective buyers that produce a sale both fair and appropriate to both parties .When a couple of issues did arise , their thorough knowledge of the local area proved to be a great advantage. They quickly resolved somewhat minor but could have been time consuming & perhaps problematic if left unattended and a result to the satisfaction of both myself and the Buyer ,facilitating an early settlement, which was extremely helpful. Dealing with David you realise that all estate agents are not created equal, not only his professional style but his whole team ( incl Harry Schier) that he heads fosters a great approach to selling in a market at this moment is extremely difficult. His bespoke style allows him to adapt to the market. If you choose David you get an agent that works until the job is done. I would sell through David again and again.
