He is a very good agent with excellent communication skills, very attentive, proactive and efficient in attending all matters. He would respond to your questions with clarity to make you feel comfortable and confident before making any decisions. I have no hesitation to recommend him as an agent. Thank you Michael for your great service and assistance. I also would like to thank Oscar Poveda, the leasing agent, for his great assistance during open house inspections. Both Oscar and Michael have helped in the process of securing a new tenant promptly.

Have you ever contacted your property manager only to find that week's then months go by with no response and you wonder have they been abducted by aliens. They are present and here for you, excellent communication, prompt responses to help with any issues or concerns. The team at Highland go above and beyond to ensure your tenancy is a positive and enjoyable one. You feel valued and respected as a tenant.
