A frustrating experience made easier by my agent.

Selling my property took much longer than we had originally thought it would, which was frustrating for me and my agent, Michael Paroulakis. Thankfully, Michael’s first class communication and feedback softened any hard feelings which could easily have arisen from that frustration. Michael never stopped doing his utmost to make the sale in spite of a lack of offers and low numbers at open house inspections due to Covid. I will not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone who is thinking of selling their property; his work ethic, knowledge of the market, communication skills and affability make him a very good real estate agent. I am sure Michael will continue in his chosen career with much success, and I will be contacting him again should I require his skills.
