The communication, support & advice we received from Highland Property, and more specifically from Keira Gardner was simply fantastic. At every point during our application & inspection process, she kept us fully updated on what was expected, and ensured we were kept informed on the latest developments. Her patience with our constant need for news & time spent on our application was superb, and we're really grateful for all Keira & the team have done to help us secure our first ever family home! Thank you to all!

We've been using Highlands since we bought our investment property in 2018. Since then we've had to re-let 3 times, the third time just recently. As a landlord, having no tenant is one of the biggest fears. I must compliment Stephanie, Rochelle and the rest of the team at Highlands for their relentless hard work to secure us new tenants. A very well oiled machine, that clearly shows experience and know-how to get results! We're extremely glad to have them in our employ.

After selling our home through Highland Property Agents we needed to find a rental fast. In came Keira - Property Agent Extraordinaire! She listened, and actively helped us to navigate towards finding the perfect home in record time and without fuss. I thoroughly recommend her as an outstanding person to assist anyone with rental needs. She is delightful and nothing is a problem. She’s now our dedicated rental person.

All Staff at Highland property are happy, professional, highly trained people. The staff I am in touch with are Alexandra and Michael, who keep me informed by emails and phone calls. When the staff at Highland Property say they will perform a task, that task is always completed in a timely manner and documented. I would recommend Highland Property to family and friends.

Alexandra and Michael were quick to find a quality new tenant at a fair rent which is not so easy in these challenging times. Highland have consistently stayed on top of the management of our property and are genuinely looking out for both the Tenant and us as the Owners. Thank you Highland.

HPA has been the managing agent of our property at Cronulla since we purchased it 6 years ago. They are very familiar with the local market. We have been very satisfied with their professional services, from advertisement, inspection, paying council fee, to contacting landlord insurance company. I would highly recommend HPA to my friends who is looking for managing agent for their investment property at Cronulla.
