Doing the lease application online was a bit daunting. But with the help i received from the concierges at the desk and my son, i got through the process . Thankyou for your help. The real estate agent that handled the signing of lease, ( name escapes me) , Cant thank her enough, nice person, down to earth , and made it easy for Ted and me. Overall , thoroughly happy . We decided to lease our apartment through Highland Property during what was some pretty tough times, and thanks to them, we were able to achieve a price $100 more a week than another apartment in our block. We were also able to have a straight change over in tenants with no vacancy meaning we weren’t out of pocket. We couldn’t be happier with their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease out their property.

We did a number of rental inspections on the same day run by Keira and she was great - very helpful with the inspections as well as honest about the properties!

We have been fortunate to have the team manage our property at Willarong Road. In particular, Jasmine and Tyne have been very professional in their handling of all issues related to the property - assessing tenants, resolving issues, other guidance. We have no hesitation in giving them and the Highland Group a 5 star rating. Kind regards Graeme Duncan
