My wife and i were extremely satisfied with the manner in which Steve marketed and closed the sale of our property. He is a true professional and i would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Steve has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process - he was professional, maintained constant communication, and supported us from start to finish

With Steve's guidence, he steered us through the sale of my late uncle's townhouse with all the ease of the true professional he is. Steve kept us updated with phone calls & gave us guidance as to how to present the townhouse in the best light possible. We live in Bathurst & this could have presented problems in itself without Steve. The compassion Steve showed my husband & I will never be forgotten, he was not just an agent, but a friend. A mere thank you is not sufficient.

We bought our investment property from Steven Berlyn and found him to be a very good communicator, Always answered the phone and kept us in the loop with pricing. I would recommend Steven as I found him to be a very nice guy to deal with and a straight shooter.

Throughout the process of selling of my property I was surprised of how efficiently it all went, which is obviously due to the professionalism and experience of Steven Berlyn from Highlands Property.

From the first contact with Steve he was extremely professional, honest and easy to contact. He gave us a market appraisal for our property and sold it within the market appraisal price. Steve said he would sell the property within 6 to 8 weeks and ended up selling in 8 days. We have on problems recommending Steve to anyone who is thinking about selling their home.

We found Steven easy to deal with he supplied all of the information we required as required, it would be great if more sales people where like him, all that we needed without the hard sell approach ! Regards Darren & Megan
