I used to go with the high end agents who were area specific. With poor results and self centred attitudes just trying to close rather than getting the result i wanted i looked for other agents. I found Cheena who was an intern when i met her, i was very surprised that an intern was able to get me my result when the big boys couldnt. Now that im onto a good thing I dont change. Multiple successful stress free sales later Cheena has yet again delivered on her word. Cheena is the under promise over deliver type. In a slowing market Cheena marketed my current house well and delivered 150k more than i needed for my next venture. In this particular case this effort was nothing short of outstanding and she delivered two contract options and we sold 20 minutes after our first open home.
